التوصيل
يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال مدة تتراوح بين 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب. قد تختلف مدة التوصيل بناءً على الموقع الجغرافي للعميل وأيام العمل الرسمية
الاسترجاع
- في حال رغبتك في استرجاع منتج، يرجى إرسال طلب الاسترجاع عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو التواصل معنا عبر رقم الجوال المخصص لخدمة العملاء
- بعد تلقي طلبك، سنقوم بترتيب موعد مع شركة الشحن لاستلام المنتج منك
- سيتم خصم رسوم الاسترجاع من قيمة الفاتورة الأصلية قبل استرداد المبلغ المتبقي، ويجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم مع التغليف الأصلي
- يرجى العلم أن المنتجات المخفضة تخضع لسياسة استرجاع واستبدال خاصة وفقًا لما هو موضح في سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

Delivery:
Orders are delivered within a period ranging from 3 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. The delivery time may vary based on the customer's geographical location and official working days.
Return:
- If you wish to return a product, please send the return request via email or contact us through the dedicated customer service mobile number.
- Upon receiving your request, we will arrange a pickup with the shipping company to collect the product from you.
- Return fees will be deducted from the original invoice value before refunding the remaining amount, and the product must be in its original condition and unused with the original packaging.
- Please note that discounted products are subject to a specific return and exchange policy as outlined in the return and exchange policy.
